He's the Superhero to balance my Supervillain. Of course, he doesn't have any powers, so I plan on dipping him in a vat of radioactive waste and then tying a kite with a key on it to his collar during the next thunderstorm. That is, if Dinah isn't looking. And yes. Yes, that IS his name. But you can call him The Captain, Cap'n or Cap for short. And no. No, I will NOT be making a doggie cape for him. Maybe a utility collar, though.
